CanSIA Forums provide the opportunity for members to volunteer their time to work together to overcome challenges and seize opportunities to building a strong, sustainable solar market in Canada.
Forums make efficient use of our members’ time by remaining issues-focused and solutions-oriented and allow CanSIA to advocate on behalf of our members in a responsive and coordinated manner.

Any of the following criteria qualify an issue as requiring a Member Forum:
- Issue has near-term implications for broader industry
- Issue represents a near-term opportunity or challenge for CanSIA membership
- CanSIA requires member collaboration and consensus to prepare an industry position on a policy or regulatory matter.
- Forums will kick off with an invitation for Network participants to join an introductory call in which the objectives of the Forum will be proposed and agreed upon.
