CanSIA at Intersolar shining a light for membership -
OTTAWA Canada June 7, 2010 – The Canadian Solar Industries Association will be onsite at Intersolar Europe June 9-11 in Munich, Germany gathering information about leading solar markets around the world, and letting everyone know about opportunities in Canada.
The opportunity is the result of funding from Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada which enables CanSIA to attend key conferences and report back to the membership.
From CanSIA both Wes Johnston, Director of Policy and Research and David Samuel, Director of Member Services and Operations will be on hand at booth 240 in the Canadian Pavilion located in Hall C.
“We will both be there talking about the opportunities in Canada, explaining the differences in the provinces, and of course shining a light on Ontario’s Feed-in-Tariff program,” said Wes Johnston. “This is a terrific opportunity to highlight CanSIA members and showcase what is happening for solar in Canada.”
The Canadian Solar Industries Association’s mission is to develop a strong, efficient, ethical and professional Canadian solar industry, able to service an expanding domestic energy market, to provide innovative solar solutions to world energy problems, and to play a major role in promoting the transition to a solar energy future worldwide.
