The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) is hosting an industry information session on September 22nd 2010 at the Ontario Science Centre. The session will provide an overview of technical support for fulfilling the natural heritage requirements of the Renewable Energy Approval (O. Reg. 359/09).

The meeting will include information on how the Ministry is approaching technical guidance to support the natural heritage assessment and the development of environmental impact studies, including criteria and procedures for completing assessments of windpower, solar power and bioenergy projects.
