RESCo Energy Inc. is an Ontario-based company focused on the engineering, procurement and construction of solar arrays on commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. RESCo services solar developers and building owners. RESCo is responsible for the bulk of Ontario’s connected commercial rooftops in the last four years including some of the largest arrays in Canada. RESCo recently concluded a strategic investment by Flynn Canada, creating a mature, financially stable organization with history and future growth opportunities. 

Position Profile

Act as a liaison between the client and internal operations while managing the day to day fundamentals required to meet the client expectations and contract requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Manages project budgets with strict adherence.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Manages project schedule and holds people accountable to schedule
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications: 

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma in the engineering field or related
  • Minimum 5 years direct experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable with engineering and construction disciplines
  • Microsoft Project, word, excel, outlook skills required
  • Ability to travel and attend meetings – G Class license and personal vehicle
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
